Fresh food in a good and happy environment with the help of Su Chef Davian and my sister Shay, the restaurant operates smoothly and solid. I couldn’t do it without these two. We at RC’s love what we do and we put a lot of love into the food we serve each and every day.

Every dish tastes as if it was prepared at home! We take pride in our authentic and dynamic cooking techniques.
A great deal of forethought goes into every menu item. Through years of refining our recipes and a steady creative spirit, we have learned to put a TWIST of some very traditional dishes.

THE DAILY MENU
We have a daily menu that we serve off of everyday but we also have daily specials, in which may vary from day to day. For example, we may have turkey lasagna, turkey meatloaf, fried catfish, cube steak over rice and gravy, and/or roast over rice and gravy. On the daily menu we serve turkey wings with homemade dressing, baked chicken (dark meat only), fried pork chops, fried wings, blue cheese burgers, homemade burgers, chili slaw dogs, and chicken pasta, just to name a few items. We also have a variety of sides and desserts that we make daily. Some of our desserts include homemade banana pudding, homemade peach cobbler, homemade cakes and a variety of cheesecakes all made by us here at RC’s.
RC’s Southern Cooking was started up in October 2011 by Renardo Lewis. Renardo Lewis is from the City of Atlanta, GA., where he learned as a child how good soulfood is supposed to taste. His grandmother and mother helped influence his knack for cooking good food because of their great cooking talents that they have in the kitchen. Renardo attended Culinary Arts School in Atlanta, in which he graduated head of his class with his degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, food management and nutrition management. Even though he went through school and got these different diplomas and certificates he feels like soulfood is cooked from the heart and soul, in which him and his family does every day.
